  • I was promoted to Line Cook on 12 July 2023, initially working at the fry station where I ensured quality, speed, and portion control. Later, I moved from full-time to part-time due to the rules (averaging 22–24 hours weekly, 38 hours during school holidays). In 18 March 2025, I was reinstated as a full-time employee due to my consistent performance and eligibility under the graduation visa. On 7 May 2025, I was further promoted to manage the grill station, handling meats and proteins with precision and coordination. This progression reflects my adaptability and growing responsibility in the kitchen. " I have been employed full-time since 19th may 2025. At present, I am working under a full-time contract, averaging 38 to 42 hours per week at a six head restaurant.

  • I started my career in the kitchen of 6 head, one of the best steakhouses in Sydney as a full time kitchen porter. My primary jobs were to wash the dishes in the dishwasher and then send it back to the main kitchen quickly. Along with that, I also used to help with the kitchen bulk preparation for the day so that the chefs would have a smooth service period. Apart from that, I was involved in organising the cool rooms also.
