ANZ Bank - Bank Lead Migration

Led the end to end communication strategy for migrating customers from ANZ Classic to ANZ Plus, ensuring seamless transition. Designed and executed multi-channel communication campaigns for in-app experience, SMS, Email notifications, Internet Banking experience and Physical letters. Strategizing the Unica campaign flow execution time to provide near realtime experience to customers. Manage stakeholders at leadership level and managing last minute requirements changes. Providing support to teams during testing and Business verification testing.

The Marketing has been upgraded by ANZ by adding Unica Interact alongside Unica Batch Campaign. This has enhanced the capability to nudge the customers on real time for the various offers and view personalized contents. My responsibility in the team is to gather the campaign requirements and analyze the data available for consumption and coming up with use cases that will help the campaign analyst to build the decisions rules in Unica Interact.

Application that were handled by me were SIOLA (Share Investment Online Application), SBOLA (Small Business Online Application) and TPD ( Third Party Deposits).
