  • Design and Construction of Accelerated curing tank - 2012-2013

       Initially drawings have been developed regarding the construction of tank and also the
feasibility of tank along with availability of materials have also been tested.

       Drawings were developed initially in charts and then they were further
developed in CAD.

       Adopted techniques are steam curing at atmospherics pressure, warm water curing, boiling water curing and autoclaving.

  • Project planning and scheduling - 2013-2014

         Understanding the scope of project ahead of time and managing resources according.

         Understood and used Critical Path Method (CPM) to determine both the longest and shortest possible time to complete a project. 

         Improved utilization of the maintenance workforce by reducing delays and interruptions.
