Provides accurate and timely information, support and guidance to leaders on individual people matters including poor performance, misconduct, complaints/grievances and investigations. Including assistance/interpretation of ANF’s Enterprise Agreements, awards, employment legislation, employment contracts, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Deals with day-to-day operational issues, using sound commercial risk-weighted HR technical knowledge to independently manage grievance and disciplinary hearings, solving problems, recommending interventions and implementing improvements to managers and team members to ensure a satisfactory outcome for both the business and the individual(s).
Analyses caseloads to identify key themes for improvement along with identification of issues and provides reporting (case performance, improvement themes, trends etc…) as required.
