· Refurbished/repaired excavator buckets. Gouging to remove all parts required to repair, (lower, middle/top beam, side plate, brackets, side wear plates, side cutter, main side cutter, roller plate and wear straps.
· Refurbished clamp and backboard for RH400& RH170. Gouge to remove all wear plate packages. Inspection and crack test. Gouge all crack to repairs. Install all wear plate packages. Pre-heating for 150degree before to commence welding repairs.

· Sign into SWI, generate hot work permits and complete G2G (2x2 ) before commencing the task.
