In Apprenticeship for three years (School and work) :

• In the first year, shelving, supplying the store, receiving delivery, marking and product products
• In the second year, complete autonomous management of the traditional charcuterie-catering department (order and stock management)
• Third year, complete management of the store's Drive service (from order preparation to delivery, handling disputes and customer returns)
• Various tasks during my work-study program (team management, animation, sales, implementation of studies.)
• Led employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development.
• Provided excellent customer service by actively listening to patron needs and offering appropriate assistance when necessary.
• Unload the delivery truck using the pallet truck tools and storage in the reserve.

Every weekend (fifteen-hour contract) :

• Demonstrated strong multitasking skills by managing multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality.
• Served food and beverages promptly with focused attention to customer needs.
• Collaborated with team members during busy shifts for efficient workflow and excellent guest experiences.
