As a Consultant, Brylle is an expert in the software testing field and is capable of working across highly complex environments, influencing, advising and leading both teams and stakeholders. He specialises in Functional Testing as a key testing discipline and operates in a second discipline which is in the Automation space. As a Consultant, he is able to advise on the most effective ways to set up solutions in both traditional and Agile environments. As a Senior Quality Analyst, Brylle was an established part of the Consultancy model and are integral to the company's ability to deliver quality and testing solutions. He was able to operate effectively in either traditional or agile environments. His initiative and drive mean to deliver the allocated work to time and quality. He was able to complete tasks independently using his practical experience and have the foresight to seek senior guidance when required. • Coordinated with other project test leads via Scrum of Scrums for impact assessment and scope alignment for System Integration Test (SIT) to ensure full requirement coverage and avoid repetition of tests

As a Software Engineer, Brylle was at the beginning of his career in the testing and quality industry, and to build the right foundations, he was constantly learning and applying good testing processes. He was able to deliver allocated pieces of work to agreed timeframes, within a quality framework and in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

• Involved in the downstream project which includes processes on its final step in the oil and gas workflow for product preparation and usage
• Attended training at the client site in California, USA, for shadowing, reverse shadowing activities and on-the-job training
• Reviewed software specifications and generated comprehensive review points
• Verified that the monthly release for SAP did not affect any of the functionalities for client-facing web applications
• Responsible for the creation, maintaining, and running of automated test scripts for e-Ordering system using HP-QTP
