The Trajectories and Predictors in the Clinical High Risk for Psychosis Population: Prediction Scientific Global Consortium (PRESCIENT) Study

• Recruit, retain and support research participants (aged 12-28) across multiple sites and settings, including clinical services and community locations
• Coordinate and manage participant consent procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality.
• Conduct clinical/diagnostic interviews and structured assessment protocols with young people and, where appropriate, caregivers, in person and via telehealth →The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS); The Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 Disorders (SCID-5-PD); Social and Occupational Functioning Assessment Scale (SOFAS); Global Assessment of Functioning Scale; Negative Symptom Inventory-Self-Report (NSI-SR); Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA); The Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia (CDSS); Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS); Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS); Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA);Positive SYmptoms and Diagnostic Criteria for the CAARMS Harmonized with the SIPS (PSYCHS)
• Administer neurocognitive assessments (WRAT-5; WASI-II; PennCNB)
• Undertake suicide and self-harm risk assessments and liaise with psychiatrists and care teams.
• Collect, enter, and maintain high-quality research data and regulatory records in line with study protocols and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines
• Transport participants to and from clinical appointments
• Liaise with multidisciplinary clinical and research teams to coordinate participant care, reporting and follow-up where required.
• Participate in weekly Headspace case discussions

• Provided one-on-one and group therapy to children (autism spectrum and other developmental disorders) aged one to six years
• Developed individualised lesson plans and objectives
• Identified need for external referrals
• Conducted behavioural observations

• Collaborated with a team of early intervention specialists
