  • This was a volume recruitment role initially for 3 months, which was then extended by another 3 months.
  • Supported contact centre recruitment, retail and experienced hires in the home lending space.
  • Partnered with business leaders to to provide high quality service and outcomes for their recruitment needs.
  • Maintained compliance with all relevant employment laws during the recruitment process, mitigating risks to the organisation.
  • Worked on Pageup ATS to create ads, source and screen candidates according to NAB's TA process and worked with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • A 6 month contract role that was extended by another 6 months. Initially employed as a consultant to help support the temp team desk, while principal consultants took extended leave.
  • Within 3 months of joining the company, two principal consultants resigned, so myself and another new colleague had full responsibility managing between 130-150 actively placed temp candidates at any one time.
  • Recruited for temp roles across HR, administration, legal and business support.
