  • Link mothers and carer with service providers that help address their needs and concerns to support the health and wellbeing of their children.
  • Liaise with stakeholders around parenting programs 0-5 early education opportunities
  • Provide support for families to access services and programs within the community that helps build their parenting capacity
  • Provide support and opportunities for families to access Anti natal, post0natal and infant health checks
  • Facilitate events which focuses on children 0-5years old and their early education
  • Assist with community driven activities and projects that promotes community participation enhancing parenting experience and the program objectives
  • Build family capacity by using partnership, strength-based and family centered approaches with centre staff and other service providers.
  • Participate in Marlungku-Kari CFC staff meetings and staff development
  • Oversee community engagement staff and assist them with delivery centre activity and conduct community feedback and consultation
  • Develop culturally appropriate resources which provide community with information services our centre provides and program that are available for their needs.

I have actively participated and supported many community events which allow me to provide valuable information to everyone, supporting the development and needs of our children aged 0-5.
