My career to date has been based in plant hire and management. I have been working with Kieran Plant Hire for the past 8 years in Ireland which is a construction based company supplying both machines and drivers/labourers to construction sites in Ireland. During this time I have operated many machines including excavators, loaders, trucks/ dump trucks etc. I have also in recent years took on the responsibility of managing employees and organising machine transport within the company when also labpuring when man power is required.
I have also worked on construction sites through this company operating machines that we hired in for example excavators, telehandlers and loaders.
I had also occupied a supervisory role on construction sites liaising with managers on the progress of the project.
