Core Project: IT Operations Ticket Visualization & Analysis
Description:
Participated in the development of a Power BI–based visualization platform for IT service tickets. Designed and implemented a multi-dimensional indicator system according to business needs, covering IT service incident trends, service hours by supplier/department, ticket reporting status, and first-line engineer resolution rates.
Technical Implementation:
1. Requirements gathering & indicator framework design: Conducted in-depth interviews with business departments, extracted service events, ticket volumes, supplier service quality, and built a data analysis framework aligned with enterprise operations.
2. Visualization development: Designed dashboards with responsive layouts, leveraging drill-through interactions, conditional formatting, and KPI matrices for intuitive monitoring.
3. Feature design & optimization: Proposed interactive visualization solutions, enabling users to quickly locate issues and perform self-service analysis using drill-downs, conditional formatting, and KPI boards.
4. Cross-department collaboration & project delivery: Coordinated with suppliers and internal teams to streamline data cleansing and enhance functionality, ensuring the platform met daily operational requirements.
Project Outcomes:
- Achieved a 15% increase in self-service analysis rate , reaching 68%.
