I currently participate in a program that i go and help the elder community by delivering meals to them once a month i have also help some of the events at Meals on wheels by providing games for the elderly like Chess and Four in a row.

As part of my role as been Vice captain of the school I am also on the School Respective Council (SRC)as a group we have raised money for the Holbrook Hospital were we had a day green day my role was to run one of the stands.

As a school we raised up to $650.00 to go to the hospital.

The next group we have chosen is Guide Dog Australia.

I was very lucky this year to be award the 2024 School Vice-Captain of Holbrook Public School in this role i help the school principal and my peers in this roles my jobs are to.

Also in year 6 you get put with a little kindergarten and you look after them and help them around the school.

My job was to every second day at long break was to set up the chess boards either out side in the sun or on cold days in the library where kids from the school would come over and play games of chess against me or with other people on the club.

Also i would train the kids on those days and also teach them how to play and do the best moves possible.

And last year our team came 5th overall.
