Despite all the skills and knowledge i have gained working in all of the fields ive stated (and a few others i havnt mentioned) i am looking for a career change. I take great pride in all my work but helping people and making a difference in someones life seems to give me purpose. This empathetic mindset only seems to get taken advantage of in fast paced production type jobs. I will always remember the things i have learned and am excited for a future i can be proud of.

People i trained quickly became major assetts on the production line, which was good for the company but not so great for me, as i quickly found myself feeling stuck with no opportunities of moving up in the company despite being very qualified.
Was constantly thinking of new ways to do things more effeciently and safely, which in turned helped us maintain the number 1 spot of fastest production line.
The only problem i had is that i became so good at my job and was taking on leadership duties without any type of promotion, is that i was kept in my position, unable to advance in the company. After 12-18 months of this i became frustrated and burnt out.
