• Carry out scheduled maintenance, respond to all breakdowns with either Wabtec systems or OEM core machine issues
• Assist with information and training people to help understand each system and purpose
• Step-up coordinator (Maintenance 1) which handles all incoming calls for machine breakdowns, assist with remote diagnosing and solutions as well as delegating work out to the team for best utilisation of skills.

Tier 1 role was to provide a high level of customer facing support for AHS system as well as support for core machine when needed.

During the time with the team we achieved a lot and a few notable goals were;

• Converted the first Non-ATR Komatsu 830E-1 to an autonomous system
• Assisted with the conversion of conventional mine sites to autonomous mine sites

• High Voltage electrician field service at Komatsu, responsible for diagnosing and repairing high voltage electrical systems in the field
• Performing regular maintenance and inspections on high voltage equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical breakdowns in high stress environments, ensuring minimal downtime for operations
• Collaborating with a team to complete the 830E Quad chopper upgrade project, converting over 160 machines
