Rory Najjar

I am a thorough teacher and course coordinator who has experience building cohesiveness among student groups, resolving student conflicts and managing events.

I have lead other staff with curriculum courses and College events such as carnivals. In particular, coordinating our Outdoor Education program has required leadership and risk management skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks.

With a previous employment history outside of education I have some life experience that has afforded me a wider perspective on schooling. With this I can offer students a broader outlook on their experiences.

Having had the opportunity to act in the Head of Year role in 2022 I understand what is required in the role and the responsibilities that come with the position. Feedback from the Executive team following that experience was positive, as I strived to build relationships with parents and families.
