- Follow instructions carefully to support in the completion of setting up athletic activities on time.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the athletic program.
- Identify potential problems quickly and communicate them effectively to appropriate personnel.
- Engage with spectators, parents, and participants to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the athletics canteen, including mopping, packing supplies, and cleaning surfaces/dishes.
- Respond promptly to customer questions or concerns in person.
- Perform a variety of tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and carrying supplies.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss work efficiency and possible improvements to the program.
- Performed other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
