  • Answered all incoming calls from Australia and ministry partners from the Asia Pacific Region.
  • Processed card payments for offerings and orders for all products sold in the ministry. Either from website, phone, mail or in person.
  • Processed orders - compiling invoices and product sheets for processing by despatch department.
  • Conducted stocktakes twice per year.
  • Compiled banking deposits.
  • Typed 'thank you' letters for each offering and all orders.
  • Typed and proof-read monthly newsletters for all partners.
  • Proof read all correspondence as required by the International Director.
  • Answered requests for prayer on phone and by mail on daily basis.
  • Compiling mail list for 600+ partners before sending to bulk mail service. (when office administrator on holidays).
  • First contact (by phone or in person) for Hands of Compassion Ministry, which provides emergency food parcels for those in need. Liaising between community support agencies and the end recipient.
  • Compiled shopping lists for the food parcels and physically packing each parcel.
  • All other office duties as required.

Including retail and wholesale suppliers to motorbody industry. Clothing manufacturing, (retail and wholesale). Industrial knitting mill and sales office. Importers of sports accessories. Online sales of motor vehicle accessories.


I was involved in the creation and day to day operation of each of these businesses, including employee selection and training, accounts, sales and customer contact.
