Perform high risk work via rope access ie HPWJ, Sandblasting, Insulation of cold/hot piping and use Pneumatic mechanical tooling.
Carry out Coating Inspection for quality assurance.
Conducted Coating System ie. DFT and WFT before apply final coating or finalizing inspection test plans and reports.
Lead and prepare daily job packs ie. Permit, JHAs, Rescue plans and MSDS under level 3 supervisor rope access.
Assist NDT inspection ie. Magnetic testing and ultrasonic testing when required via rope access.
Assist boilermaker/welders with repairs pipe support or replace u bolt to cml pipe via rope access.
Hazard reporting and notification raising.
