Summary

The Costume Officer is supervised by the Costume Coordinator for the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music. The Costume Officer assists with the effective day-to-day operations and maintenance program relating to Costume resources and facilities. This includes the induction, demonstration and explanation of operations, procedures, and systems relevant to Costume practice, the Costume Workroom and the Stock Shop.

The Costume Officer works with students when required, to assist them in delivering costume for performances, live shows and events across the faculty. The incumbent will also assist other professional staff and academics supporting with the delivery of curriculum-based outcomes.

The Costume Officer is part of the broader Programs and Operations team which incorporates Workshops, Digital Media, Production and Programming, Facilities and OH&S, and Technical Resources and Operations.

Programs and Operations support other professional staff members and academics in the effective delivery of curriculum by the faculty.
