I have been recognised by executive management for my innovation in bringing the customer to the centre of every action we take. This has been through customer innovation days, customer journey mapping, customer experience days, which has led to “back end” IT teams connecting with external customers and them understanding they have a significant role in delivering and enhancing the customer experience.
