  • Establishing the Database: Create a comprehensive database that includes all properties affected by the project. This involves collecting and organizing data such as property details, survey results, Property owner’s details and any relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining Records: Continuously update the database with added information from condition surveys and other project activities. Ensuring all records are correct and up to date.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Implement measures to protect the data from unauthorized access or corruption. This includes regular backups, access controls, and data validation processes.
  • Reporting: Use of database to generate reports on the status of affected properties, progress of inspections, monthly reporting and other relevant metrics.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records for all condition surveys and noise attenuation activities, ensuring that all correspondence and project-related documentation are filed in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Provided management summary of inspection activities, findings and observations, compliance Status, recommendations for addressing any identified issues and follow-up actions taken or planned, including timelines and responsible parties.
