10.Clean and Maintain kitchen area.
11.Inspect equipment, work areas and general supplies to ensure that the established health and safety standards are met all the time.
12.Monitor and maintain stock levels to reduce wastage.
13. A thorough understanding of Food Hygiene.
1.Cook different varieties of curries and dishes from tandoor as listed in the restaurant's menu
2.Actively manage portion control and minimise food wastage wherever possible
