Approach To Counselling

My approach to counselling is based on training in and application of principles of person centred, strengths based trauma informed practice. I draw on skills and techniques from child centred play therapy, mindfulness CBT, sensorimotor psychotherapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and Indigenous counselling. I am a current member of the AASW.
