I am an adaptable and proactive educator with a strong knowledge of Early Childhood Curriculums and a passion for implementing positive learning experiences that enable children to express their creativity and develop into their authentic selves. Committed to delivering quality learning support to culturally, socially, and linguistically diverse children, I am proficient in designing and implementing learning programs in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and possess a diverse background across early learning centres, schools, TEFL and tutoring both in WA and internationally. Experienced in effectively planning, developing and implementing engaging teaching and learning strategies, I integrate explicit teaching and play-based programs to enable children to thrive and become confident learners. Incorporating digital technologies in the classroom, my lessons foster skills including critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity. Demonstrating advanced interpersonal and communication attributes, I build rapport with children, parents and staff to promote success. As a nurturing and inclusive educator, I am seeking an opportunity to progress my career and contribute my knowledge and skills to add value to the learning journey and enable children to reach their full potential.
