Accept delivery of all packaging materials and finished products and ensure paperwork matches stock, report anomalies immediately to team leader.
Put away all receipted stock (stock must be coded/labelled) within shift hours. Record all transaction via stock movement sheet or WMS.
Carry out picking operations for all production requirements, customer orders, branch transfers, sales orders, return to suppliers and sample picks. Report all stock variances immediately to Shift Team Leader.
Issue all product picked to appropriate drop zone ie Line, despatch canopy, glass yard etc.
Collect end of job unused components from line drop zone and deliver to warehouse returns zone for reconciliation and ensure documentation is accurately recorded in accordance with Company Operating Procedures.
Collect all rejects ex line from line drop zone. Ensure that reject sticker has been attached and appropriate ILR number and job number has been recorded as per relevant SOP. Record quantity and bin location on Production Dry Goods Picking Slip.
Put away all job returns and rejects ensuring that stock has been counted, covered, wrapped, coded/labelled. Ensure stock consolidation/manual moves are carried out as part of this process.
Despatch product with correct and appropriate documentation.
Participate in stocktaking as required.
