Risk Management

Target: In groups of 3-6 people, conduct a risk assessment and develop a Consultant’s Report and Risk Register.

Result: Produced a comprehensive Consultant's Report and a detailed Risk Register, outlining potential project risks, their likelihood, and impact, along with mitigation strategies. The report included clear documentation of risk management processes and practical recommendations for project risk control.

Learned Competencies: Developed competencies in risk identification, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies. Demonstrated ability to use simple tools, such as risk matrices, and collaborate effectively within a team to produce actionable risk management solutions.
