
I understand the benefits of hard work, dedication and loyalty. Despite my age I have already experienced a diverse and challenging life. Both parents have been a career Police Officer and a Nurse in leadership positions requiring them to transfer and move throughout NSW and Victoria. As a family we lived a life ‘in a fish bowl’ and understand the importance of public expectation and reputation. I am the eldest of my four siblings and I keep a calm head and sensible decision making in times of need. I have worked in the retail and hospitality industry for last six (7) years, beginning in early 2017. Dealing with the public in a ‘face to face’ capacity has enabled me to understand that I do in fact have the skills to not only serve the public, but to mentor and guide new employees in the art of customer satisfaction, whilst displaying a professional, confident and enthusiastic approach to the retail sector. I take every set task seriously and commit fully to achieve my personal best, the role modelling I've had in my life to this stage has enabled me to be a confident and driven person and a reliable employee. The skills I've learnt will ensure my customer service would be professional, measured and in line with your company’s expectations. Not only would I be willing to take on any training, I would ensure that I surpass the benchmark that is required for any upcoming position. All positions that I have held require consistent professional presentation to a high standard. Maintaining a strong level of physical and mental health is a priority.
