• Employee adjustments, entitlements, queries, grievances, HR issues/complaints
• Staff rosters
• Maintaining up to date, accurate, and appropriate employee records and data.
• Onboarding of staff.
• Ordering of office supplies.
• In charge of multiple email inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Liaising with customers and internal staff to resolve complaints/concerns in an empathetic and confidential manner.
• Defusing difficult situations with customers
