• Oversaw the renovation of 2 Bakers Delight stores (Woodland, Mullaloo) and 1 Donut King store (Ocean Key).

• Conducted experimental study on improving shear performance of modular connections New Shear Key(NSK) Connection with supervisor, Dr. Wensu Chen.
• Worked with two group members to provide a deliverable package which consists of structural design, construction, transport and project management for a two-story private residence in Dalkeith. This included providing a conceptual and detailed design, drawings, feasibility study, bills of quantities, schedule, S-curve, risk assessment and Health & Safety management plan.
• Worked individually to carry out detailed designs and documentations by using AS1170.2 & Space Gass for steel structure design of a warehouse as part of a project based in a Fremantle student dormitory project.
• In Malaga Commercial Development project. Applied effective time, resource and money management strategies to delivery under-budget project completion. Kept sites compliant with OSHA, federal, state and local regulations to prevent unnecessary delays.
