Screening of Cellulose Degrading Bacteria in Soil was conducted from 01/12/20 to 03/05/21 to illustrate the process of isolating cellulase-degrading bacteria from soil. Soil samples were collected from Pulicat Marshland, Tamil Nadu, India. The study aimed to identify cellulase-degrading bacteria and assess their cellulolytic activity through the observation of hydrolysis zones around bacterial colonies.
