Firstly i learned how to wash dishes in an effective way and put the sushi dishes in a neat arrangement, this practise my working speed and gain a insights where all tools and equipment should be put in the back kitchen and how to manage them.
Then I learned washing and cooking sushi rice and replenish the rice box. i learned how the food trends works in the back kitchen, that the sushi chief need huge amount of rice everyday.
I get an understand how to use the sushi machine to ferment the rice, by putting the right amount of vinegar. Overall i got those experience during the work
