- Reckitt is planning to embark a brownfield project for a new innovation centre in Shanghai. Location in Caohejing park Phase 6 #43 building, Shanghai Project scale ~10,000sqm,70/30 rate between lab & write-up office. The laboratory space will need to achieve certain environmental conditions and meet UK GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practice) or local equivalent standard details of which will be supplied by Reckitt.
- The goal of the project is to develop a State of the Art design for a new Innovation Center Facility including Laboratory, Office & Administration, Utility service, WWTP and related associated function facility.
