  • Coordinate food and beverage service for large-scale events, ensuring timely delivery and contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new staff on service protocols. As new staff are employed, i'm tasked with training them in the day to day operations of the event department within the hotel with a focus on coffee training.
  • This role relies heavily on team collaboration as such I can integrate well with team members.
  • Event planning: I also had the opportunity to do cross training in the event planning department where I was able to experience and learn the process of when a customer wants to hold an event with the hotel to how the function in itself takes place in the planning of it.
