  • This is a three day a week position and consists of:-
  • Assistant to the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Assisting the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Preparing tenders and quotations.
  • Converting foreign currencies to Australian Dollars for quotations and tenders.
  • Monitoring incoming emails and preparing email correspondence for the Managing Director.
  • Covering for the CFO when away.
  • Accounting e.g. Invoicing, reconciliation of bank accounts.
