Summary

Accomplished executive with over a decade of senior government leadership experience, renowned for delivering transformative reforms in policy, programs, and legislation. As Founder and CEO of Impact Policy Solutions, I bridge strategic ideation with practical implementation, focusing on economic and environmental dynamics, especially in remote Australian communities.

My career includes advising Commonwealth Ministers, and extensive work across central and line agencies in the Commonwealth and NT Governments, as well as extensive work in complex and diverse First Nations communities and across the disability community.

I spearheaded once in a generation reform to the Aboriginal Land Rights Act and managed substantial budgets and programs, above $1 billion, at the National Indigenous Australians Agency and the Department of Social Services, with unique experience in delivering employment services, environmental programs and economic programs.

At the Department of Social Services, I negotiated the Disability Employment Centre of Excellence through Government and delivered the DES-NDIS Pathways Pilot as well as making substantial headway in reforming the Disability Employment Service.

My consultancy drives impactful economic reforms for traditional owners in the NT, with major clients like the Northern Land Council. With a proven track record in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and project execution, I am uniquely positioned to lead major reform initiatives, committed to inclusivity and sustainable development.
