I have experience across various public sectors including health security, compliance and regulation, racing, and investigative policing. I have been responsible for, amongst other things; conducting serious crime investigations, collection of intelligence and evidence, leading and supervising teams, coordinating emergencies, coordinating targeted security response, liaison with 3rd party community partners and stakeholders, victim and suspect's interviews, and conducting briefings and debriefings for critical events. As a key point of contact with the public and management, I consistently deliver results, on time and within a determined budget, paying particular attention to establishing an excellent rapport with the community and bridging relationships with public offices and the general public. I recognise that integrity, accountability, the ability to use initiative, effective relationship building and decisiveness are among my strongest characteristics. Innovative and committed I have the ability to work under pressure and provide leadership and guidance to large and small groups of people.
