- Machines i assemble are commonly 120 ft 36mtrs wide, 10kltr tanks, 10 tonne dual axel setups reer steering with folding and articulating trapease suspended boom arms typiclly 36mts spa
- make and install all hydrolic hoses assemble and istall all machanical n elec components eg dual 10t axels rear steerin ,Intalling either air bags n hight controller or leaf spring suspention
- folding and lifting components and their mechenisms and hydrollics to operate
- ,fire fightin reel, elec auto greasing pumps or grease point and lines install, cameras for auto hight controls ect
- plumbing various tanks,valves,pumps,and taps in cobanation for operation ect,
- make or modify and install harnesses for power control 12v , wiring for opperating section valves, regulating valves,sensors flow pressure ect, diverter valves ,lighting , solanoids, tail lights and communication with a liquid controller eg johndeer , apollo , ect
- Diagnose fault and service hydrolic pumps,rams new seals ect
- atttention to detail and qaulity control to put out a neat well presented product
- Also repairs and servicin out in the feild eg farmers paddocks ect
