Have developed numerous players from low divisions into ACT representative athletes. Progressed through the age groups and divisions learning a wide range of coaching strategies targeting different age groups and skill levels. Focused on development of athletes with numerous junior premier league teams having high numbers of train on players. Taken junior premier league teams down to Melbourne as apart of Vikings "representative" program.

• Planning, organising and conducting trial sessions for all age groups.
• Selecting players into teams across the boys program.
• Finding coaches for teams.
• Filling in for training sessions and games when coaches are away.

Earmarked as the long term boys coordinator at Tuggeranong Vikings. Working with the current boys coordinator over the last three years to run trials, select teams and manage parent complaints.
