Ryan O'sullivan

Adelaide Hills,SA

Summary

I am an experienced construction professional, illustrating exceptional leadership, competency and construction management skills, while working for several companies across the Globe.

I am hardworking and passionate with strong organizational skills, illustrating excellent time management and problem-solving skills while delivering a number of major projects on programme, safely and within budget. It's key as a Site manager to ensure my HSEQ acumen is high and well versed having worked in some demanding and extremely high risk scenarios and environmentally sensitive areas.

My biggest asset is "Team Ethos" and more recently "Flexibility." Producing a successful team ethic is something companies strive to achieve to unlock the best in their staff. The industry can be intense, with many long hours at work and spent away from loved ones. As a father of two young boys, a family orientated approach has produced flexibility with staff. Maintaining flexibility while ensuring workers are achieving their targets, maintains a healthy work life balance for all nurtures trust while limiting Mental health issues around the workplace.

This approach ultimately facilitates the achievement of goals required by the company.
