The key responsibilities included:

• Targeted market analysis and financial modelling;
• Provide strategic advice & involvement in transaction management process;
• Assisting daily operations;
• Creating marketing content (Information Memorandums and Submissions)

The role has a core focus on providing detailed Valuation Reports and Advice which can be relied upon by multiple stakeholders including Landowners, Financial Institutions and Mortgagees and Investors alike.

The key responsibilities include:

• Providing detailed and high quality valuations and advice;
• Prepare timely and accurate valuation reports;
• Assess current market comprising both sales and leasing evidence;
• Provide development feasibility advice and valuations

1. Site Acquisitions Assistance:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to identify and evaluate potential development sites;
• Assist in conducting feasibility studies, market research, and due diligence for site acquisitions;
• Support negotiations with landowners and key stakeholders (including the Investment Committee) to secure suitable development sites.

2. Leasing Expertise:

• Work closely with the development team (architects, cost planners and analysts) to understand client requirements for speculative and purpose built industrial facilities.
• Contribute to the development of leasing strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental income.
• Assist with lease negotiations and coordination with legal teams to finalise leasing agreements.

3. Marketing Initiatives:

• Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans to promote Frasers Property Industrial's presence in Queensland.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company's brand reputation.

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal teams, including development, construction and finance departments.
• Act as primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including government authorities, local communities and industry partners.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and issues raised by stakeholders.

2. Project Leadership:

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring successful execution of development projects.
• Assist with Project Managers to oversee timelines and manage customer relations.

3. Leasing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimise occupancy rates and rental income for industrial facilities.
• Lead lease negotiations and coordinate with legal teams to finalise leasing arrangements.
• Collaborate with a development team to understand client requirements and market dynamics before presenting proposals to potential clients.

4. Site acquisitions and Development:

• Lead identification, evaluation and acquisition of development sites.
• Oversee entire development process, including working with analysts on feasibility studies, due diligence and project planning.
• Manager relationships with landowners, and stakeholders to secure suitable development sites.
