Responsibilities:

• Find new business opportunities and keep clients happy.
• Manage projects from start to finish, making sure they're on time and on budget.
• Lead and support your team of carpenters.
• Keep an eye on the finances to make sure the business stays profitable.
• Make sure everything meets safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Cert III Carpentry .
• Good people skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Basic understanding of business and finances.
• Knowledge of safety standards AS regulations.

• Lead and support the carpentry team on-site.
• Coordinate tasks and ensure work progresses smoothly.
• Assist in interpreting project plans and specifications.
• Train and mentor apprentice carpenters.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Assist senior carpenters with various tasks on-site.
• Learn and practice fundamental carpentry techniques.
• Follow and learn AS standards and building code.
• Attend tafe to learn and recieve a Cert III in Carpentry
