I have recently returned to the kitchen after serving 7 years as a primary school teacher in the UK. During this time, I have never lost my passion for cooking quality and exciting food and I hope to make a full-time return to the profession. I have moved to Geelong with my wife and 2 children; looking to establish new roots and an exciting outdoor lifestyle. I have over 12 years experience in a variety of hospitality establishments; including gastro pubs, boutique bistros, accolade awarded restaurants and 5 star hotels. I am confident in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen management and pride myself on being a professional and dedicated team player. I am easy going with a good sense of humour, and aim to make a positive contribution to the establishments in which I work.
