Summary

My career objective as a 23 years old is to further enhance the productivity and efficiency of my workplace by following and creating new plans and procedures to ensure the efficiency of the future farm is maximised. I will also uphold workplace safety standards as an important aspect ensuring great quality and productivity is achieved. I would like to develop and learn new skills as well as further expand my knowledge in all aspects of horticultural farming. I also believe in climbing the career ladder to achieve and progress throughout my career as well as providing a career progression path for others around me by supporting and assisting them in achieving their own goals and visions as well as set a positive example and be a leader in a workplace environment.
