A contract service provider specialising in Antibody discovery and development, based in Belfast, UK.
I was tasked with the management of several key accounts, namely the continuation of strategic partnerships whilst also driving business development with high value clients and consultative based selling.

  • Grew company revenues by meeting sales targets, achieving £950K sales in Q1-Q3 2023 in line with KPI requirements for the year. It’s worth noting I left with an established and qualified pipeline in excess of £1.5M.
  • Provided strategic plans for growing the business, I executed a number of initiatives including international roadshows and industry conferences. My organisation of partnering meetings at BioEurope 23 generated £1.2m in new business pipeline deals and a successful return of £360K in revenues, this was a ROI 240%.

• Provided strategic plans for company expansion by conducting a comprehensive market research report, identifying emerging trends, emerging markets, and a 3-yr business development plan for growth.


• Expanded business operations by executing said plan establishing a new strategic partnership within the APAC region. Through negotiating distributor terms I subsequently grew total APAC sales by 17% in 2023.


• Propelled sales and brand awareness, by utilising working relationships. Through my networking I was able to gain access to a government trade contact. Utilising this relationship I was able to attend and present at several ambassadorial events leading the successful closing of £250K.

Junior Account Manager & Ecommerce Manager

A global pharmaceutical and FMCG company, my objective for this role was to manage a high street pharmacy vendor valued at £1.3m, provide support for the key account manager and manage the account’s ecommerce activity.

  • Drove account growth by negotiating a joint business contract and securing favourable terms including 3 new products that positively impacted bottom-line, achieving 6.4% net sales growth over the year (+2.4% above targets).
  • Maintained positive working relationships with my account by co-ordinating and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns and promotional solutions across several key brands in line with agreed trade spend, one campaign achieved a 69% uplift in online sales within the launch month.
  • Provided business strategy, by analysing sales data and providing alternative suggestions for the account marketing plan. The changes implemented redistributed brand spend in line with performance which improved our ROI metrics for the impacted brands.
  • Championed process improvements initiatives within e-commerce by joining a cross-functional task force to synchronise e-commerce activities throughout the company. Successfully enhanced the accounts online SEO achieving an internal score of 93%, above KPI.

A global pharmaceutical and FMCG company, my objective for this role was to increase brand recommendation with healthcare professionals across a variety of dental and pharmacy only products.

  • Augmented territory sales by providing education to healthcare professionals and influencing prescribing habits. Achieved KPI with a 14% increase in territory prescribing habits (104% KPI).
  • Went above and beyond duties by working cross-functionally with Digital Marketing to design and manage an online portal for lead generation. Achieving more than 200 leads, an astounding 60% went on to get GSK lead remote educational sessions.
  • Provided business strategy with an innovative approach to remote outreach and data collection, my initiative was rolled out nationally generating 600 leads and prescribing data which I reported back to leadership monthly.
