Case Management

  • Conduct intakes, suicide risk assessments, provide referrals, and coordinate follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain detailed case notes in line with ethical and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recovery plans.
  • Contribute to group peer supervision and reflective practices.

Research / Reporting

  • Act as a liaison between database software developers and 100+ users.
  • Delivered one-to-one and group training, developed database instructional videos and training manuals.
  • Analyse demographic and survey data, preparing individualised reports for stakeholders including partner organisations and national funding bodies.

  • Assisted in delivering an exercise program for individuals with disabilities at Redlands City Boxing (2023).
  • Engaged children with learning and behavioural difficulties in woodworking activities as part of a program created by Burleigh Men’s Shed and Broadbeach State School (2022).
