I started a general operations Officer and would answer around 150 calls a day from all of Queensland, ensuring great customer outcome from every call. I then transitioned into a more administrative environment where I overseen all electricians paperwork, ensured it was compliant and accurate.
I was a service officer for an insolvency company and had to ensure I was efficient in customer service online and offline with customers. I managed a mailbox where I emailed around 150 clients a day.
I started as a business management apprentice and quickly found my feet. Upon completion of my apprenticeship I then took on further responsibly. I managed all service operations and 25+ engineers, scheduling and ensure sufficient and efficient work load. I managed 7 office staff members and ensured work flow was generated to the best of their capability.
