Ryder Hester-Taylor

Worked with the Oakleigh Cannons NPLM football team in Equipment management and preparation. This involves jobs such as setting up equipment for training and games, traveling with equipment to away matches, packing up equipment, managing the clubs stock of equipment and kit, sizing players and distributing pieces of kit, washing kit and equipment and managing facilities. Through this I further developed teamwork and communication skills while working in the environment of a successful team and handling important equipment/apparel.

Worked in the Mentone Grammar cafe as a part of a school work experience program. Worked in food preparation, Stock management, Barista work and Cashier. During this job I handled cash and operated online payment systems while interacting with customers on a daily basis and gaining valuable teamwork, leadership, communication and problem solving skills that are important in a workplace setting.
