Since turning 18 in October 2024, and finishing my HSC I have been employed at Toronto RSL. I have obtained all qualifications and compliance for responsible service of alcohol, responsible gambling, and TAB. Skills I pride myself in include:

• Contributing to a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication with colleagues.
• Serving high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.
• Managing cash handling duties responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting at the end of each shift.
• Regularly cleaned and sanitizing the bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas.
• Keeping bar presentable and well-stocked to meet customer needs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Upholding strict regulations for safe alcohol service and food safety.

I commenced employment at Subway when I was 14 years old. I am a reliable employee, who always commits to the roster. After 6 months of being employed, I was promoted to a senior staff member, and am responsible for:

• Opening / Closing the store;
• Customer Service;
• Ensuring all store tasks are completed to a high standard (these range from food preparation to cleaning);
• Cash counting/balancing and;
• Securing the alarm and shop before leaving

I have been employed at John Hunter Hospital and John Hunter Children’s Hospital in Wards H1 (General Medicine) and F3 (Cardiovascular Surgery)

Skills I have acquired over my 1 ½ years of training (700 working hours) include:

• Patient observations;
• Wound Care / Dressings;
• Blood sugars;
• Showering / toileting and;
• Feeding
