I am currently working at FMG Christmas Creek truck shop, servicing and maintaining their fleet of Komatsu 930E and Caterpillar 793F hauls trucks. I am regularly running and completing power module, HV cabinet and component change outs in scheduled shuts and break down situations.

I am experienced in commissioning testing on the 930E and have good fault faulting abilities across HV and AE applications. I am dedicated to maintaining the fleet at an excellent standard and to the planned work schedule. I love a challenge and am willing to adapt quickly to any scenario thrown at me.

• Extensive knowledge of Invertex drive system, Wptu, tera term, komtrax and IM.
• Familiar with FMG site procedures, operations and values, with multiple pass outs at Christmas Creek.

Electrician and Motor winder. 5 years experience working on Komatsu Electric drive haul trucks, Letournea Wheel Loaders, P&H electric shovels and draglines. Extensive exposure to remanufacturing, maintaining and commissioning of drive components and electrical components and HV cabinets. Component experience rangesup to 5000kw, on both AC and DC systems.

• Overhaul and maintain electrical drive and generation components.
• P&H shovels and dragline shutdown work, including all motor, generator, collector and other electrical systems.
• Dismantle and diagnostic testing of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Static and Live testing experience of stators, armatures, coils and complete motor assemblies.
• Coil replacement, stator rewinding and armature winding experience.
• Consulted manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams and engineering personnel to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems and determine optimum equipment functioning.
• Tested grease and oil fluids to identify contamination.
• Accurate measuring of parts to critical tolerances including; shafts, bearing bores, end shields.
• Quality and quick assembly of whole components to correct specifications according to manufacturers manual.
• 12 and 24v experience with batteries, protective devices and control circuits, including brand new installs/ commissioning and fault finding
